End Animal Fighting
According to the Animal Legal Defense Fund, "animal fighting is a contest in which people urge two or more animals to fight for the purpose of human entertainment. In some instances, one of the animals may be a bait animal used for ostensible purpose of sport or training. Organized animal fighting is usually a secretive industry and very difficult for law enforcement to infiltrate. Accordingly, it is rare for investigators to find a fight in progress."
Dane County Humane Society is dedicated to helping animals that are victims of this cruelty. The following are resources to learn more about anti-cruelty efforts to end animal fighting.
