Humane Society Heroes: Volunteer Kids Club

Calling All Animal Loving Kids!

Children ages 7 to 15 are invited to join our kids volunteer club, Humane Society Heroes.  Sign up today and help homeless animals while having fun, too!

Each issue will include furry facts, grrreat activities, and ideas on how to help animals at home.

Free admission to volunteer days

Club members can participate in special event days.  Each session will be lead by our Shelter Educator and includes volunteer activities at our main shelter and a game or craft. 

After you become a member, you must register for each volunteer day you attend. To register, please email esteinwehe@giveshelter.org or call (608) 838-0413 ext. 115.

Feline Friends Fund

The Feline Friends Fund provides lifesaving donations directly to the homeless cats at Dane County Humane Society.  Contributions support cat adoption programs, spay and neuter surgeries to help reduce chronic overpopulation, as well as outreach and educational efforts to make our community a safer, kinder place for cats.
