Hilary always knew that her life’s work was meant to be in service of animals. This dream has led her on one wild ride: from working with primates retired from biomedical labs to studying the welfare of great apes at the Smithsonian National Zoo. No matter the setting she is passionate about animal rescue and welfare, which is one of the many reasons why she is thrilled to be a part of the Development team here at the Dane County Humane Society. Hilary is originally from Michigan and lives in Madison with her two rescued cats: Mabel & Barry.

Hilary partners with donors to match their charitable interests and passions to the needs of the animals in our community, including stocks/bonds, IRA distributions, and our Directors’ Council giving society.
