Vicki first started at DCHS as a volunteer in 2013, eventually joining our staff as a Shelter Resource Counselor in 2017. In 2019, she began working in Carestaff before joining the Volunteer Department as the Cat, Critter, and Carestaff Assistant Volunteer Coordinator in 2021. In 2022, she became the Canine Volunteer Training Coordinator.

Vicki currently shares her home with three mischievous cats and two noisy dogs, as well as a couple of humans. Volunteerism has always been an important part of her life, and combining that with her lifelong love of animals is a perfect combination.

Vicki is the main contact for canine volunteers.
