Effective October 1, 2013, Dane County Humane Society will no longer accept personal checks for service fees or merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to: fees for adoption, redemption, surrender, spay/neuter, euthanasia, quarantine, breed matching and last hold, and payments for adoption center merchandise, microchips, calendars and other goods.
