Camp Pawprint is happy to be offering day camps during most school holidays for the Madison, Waunakee, Monona, and McFarland school districts! Whether it is a professional development day, spring break, or holiday, your child can now spend it learning all about animals! Day camps are recommended for children ages 7 - 13. The theme for all day camps will be All Things Animals, which will have lessons and presentations on domesticated and wild animals. Campers will learn about everything from basic pet care for cats and dogs to how pollution impacts wildlife. Activities could include service projects, animal visitors, games, craft projects, interactive lessons, and guest speakers! In addition to this, all campers will spend time interacting with and caring for the DCHS classroom animals. A morning snack is provided; however, campers will need to bring a packed lunch.

You may choose which days you want your child to attend camp. Registrations usually open 6 weeks before the date, and close at 5:00 PM the day before each camp day, unless previously filled.
For additional information, please contact the DCHS Humane Educator at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (608) 838-0413 ext. 115.
DCHS does require a minimum of 5 campers per camp day. If this minimum is not reached, we will inform you as soon as possible and allow you to change days or provide reimbursement.
If you need to cancel registration for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
For cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to your day camp, you may transfer to any other week of camp that has an opening or elect to have your money refunded.
For cancellations made from 1 to 4 weeks before your camp day, you may transfer to any other day of camp that has an opening, or receive a voucher good for the amount paid, less a $10 administrative fee. The voucher can be applied to Camp Pawprint fees through the end of the following calendar year.
Cancellations made less than one week prior to camp, or individual missed days, are non-refundable.
