Bonded pairs
If two animals of the same species, except for dogs and kittens, are adopted at the same time, the second animal may have a 50% reduction in adoption fee. Please note that we generally do not adopt out pairs of puppies due to concerns related to the potential for future behavior issues.

Additional donations
For many animals, the cost of their care exceeds their adoption fee so we would be happy to accept any additional donation you are able to make which supports the care of all animals in need.

Partner Program
Dane County Humane Society is a proud partner of the Pets for the Elderly program that provides adopters who are 60+ years old up to $50 off adoption fees. Ask Adoption Center staff to learn more about this program.
