At 14 years old, Stella is a gentle senior dog looking for a calm and quiet place to spend her golden years. She can be a bit nervous with new people, especially when a leash goes over her head, but once she feels comfortable, she loves to stay close and occasionally enjoys gentle pets.

Stella has lived with cats in her previous home and seems indifferent to other dogs. When meeting another small senior dog at the shelter, she preferred to keep her distance and quietly walk away. Because of her sensitivity, she would thrive in a peaceful home without small children and would likely prefer to be the only dog.

This sweet girl recently lost her owner, and now she needs a soft place to land - a quiet retirement home where she can feel safe and relaxed.
