Medical History: I am currently a senior cat with hyperthyroidism, and I have started some medication for it. Your counselor can talk about it more in detail, but in short I will have some medicine I will need to take to put it in remission. It's always a good idea to schedule a follow up visit with my new vet shortly after adoption, to help create a plan for this treatment as well as to check my health in my senior age.
