Meet Max! Max is friendly and loves spending time with his humans, but can be a little fearful in new situations, so he may need a patient and understanding owner who can help him feel secure as he adjusts to his surroundings. Max can be over-excitable when it comes to other dogs and children so he's best suited to a home where he can have his own space without other animal friends or small kids. Once he's comfortable with his people, he is the biggest cuddle bug you'll ever meet. He is a sweet and gentle boy who wants a family that will love him as much as he loves them. If he sounds like he could be a good fit for you, then come visit the adoption center to learn more about him! He can't wait to find a new family to be their loyal canine companion!

Max's adoption includes a four-week scholarship for a virtual training program through GoodPup, so be sure to ask your counselor about this when you meet him!

Medical History: Max is a healthy senior, but it's always a good idea to schedule an appointment with your future vet soon after adoption so they can get to know each other!
