Most DCHS and Wildlife Center services are by appointment only. If you found a lost animal, need to surrender a pet, found wildlife in need of help, or require another service, please call before coming to the shelter. Adoption visits are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Maya

Cat | Female | Age: 15.5 | tabby | Spayed/Neutered

Personality
She likes to be held if she knows you but is a bit skittish otherwise

Other Animals
our rescue dog Allie currently but they are separated by house levels. Maya and our prior dog Holly did well together as they grew up together. Maya had pee issues there too though.

Medical History
no significant history other than she did have her front claws removed. (we would never make that choice again).

Ideal Home
A one person owner that she can trust and not feel overwhelmed. Someone that has dealt with cat pee issues and can handle that better then I. It is the worst odor ever.....

Physical Description
