Almost all DCHS and Wildlife Center services are by appointment only. If you found a lost animal, need to surrender a pet, found wildlife in need of help, or require another service, please call before coming to the shelter.

Cat | Male | Age: approximately 3 | Orange tabby | Spayed/Neutered | Up-to-date on vaccinations

Warm, friendly, affectionate once he knows you. Gentle with other cats.

Other Animals
He has lived with 2 other cats and got along well. He is not a fighter.

Medical History
He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. No health issues.

Ideal Home
He is currently living in our heated workshop with one other cat. He is well-cared for but doesn't have a. lot of interaction with people as he would in a "real" home.

Other Information
We originally got Ollie as a companion for an older cat who recently had to be euthanized due to old age and sudden blindness, possibly a tumor. My husband takes care of these cats in the shop but he is in his late 80s and finding it harder to get out there and spend a lot of time with them. This is a rather boring, lonely life for the 2 remaining shop cats and we would like to find them a real home in a house with one or more persons. We can't bring them in our house due to the fact that chaos would ensue with our Bengal cat and a German Shepherd that would be a danger too them.
