We are pleased to offer Positively Pitties lectures. If you would like to learn about the history of pit bull terriers, myths vs facts, and training tips, we welcome you to join us for a lecture. All lectures are presented by Positively Pitties Instructor and certified dog trainer, Ginny Thompson. There will also be live demonstrations of helpful training tips. A $10 donation for your attendance is much appreciated. A minimum of five enrollees is required for a lecture to take place.
The lectures are for people only; all dogs must stay at home!

* To find the Meeting Room, walk to the eastern end of the main hallway, past the Adoption Center and the Training Room, take a left at the end of the hallway, walk to the end of the corridor towards the rear exit door. When you reach the rear door, take a left and the meeting room will be located in front of you. If you are new to the shelter, just ask in the front office, and we will be happy to show you the way.
* To find the Training Room: if you look at the front of the shelter from the outside, the training room is located to the right of the Adoption Center. You can enter the Training Room from outside.
