Maggie Premo

Maggie has been a proud member of DCHS's Board of Directors since 2017. While studying law at the University of Wisconsin, Maggie served as President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund’s UW Chapter. Today Maggie is a practicing attorney with a focus on estate planning and trust and estate administration at Neider & Boucher, S.C. in Madison. Maggie is also a member of the Legal Association for Women and the Madison Estate Council and she volunteers her time for several pro bono legal service clinics. Promoting animal welfare plays a central role in Maggie’s life and she is a passionate advocate for the interests of all animals. Maggie admits to having a soft spot for beagles that began when she adopted Nelly, from DCHS 12 years ago.
